DESCRIPTION:VRVI will be supporting the Leesburg\, VA 4th of July Parade for the 2nd straight year:\nIndependence Day Parade\nThursday\, July 4\, 2024\, 10:00 am – Be in the know – TXT Leesburg4th to 888777 for text message opt in! \nDowntown Leesburg\, King Street from Ida Lee Drive to Fairfax Street. \nStart the holiday by showing your patriotic spirit at the annual Independence Day Parade\, held through Historic Downtown Leesburg beginning at 10:00 am. \nThe parade will start at Ida Lee Park\, travel down King Street and conclude at Fairfax Street. Put on your patriotic best and join your friends and neighbors to celebrate the birthday of the United States! \nThis year’s parade will also feature the 15th annual Patriot’s Cup Competition\, sponsored by the Loudoun Now newspaper. This award will go to the best parade entry; winners’ names will be engraved on the Patriot Cup\, which will be on display at Town Hall. \nA real patriot treat for the parade is the parade prelude of the American Originals fife & Drum Corps sponsored by Toth Financial! This patriotic group will travel the parade route beginning at 9:45am from Ida Lee Park and stop throughout the route for short performances for the crowd to enjoy!
