Education

Jeffrey Marriott earned his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Physical Security Management from DeVry University in 2010.  He then went on to earn his Master of Arts Degree in Homeland Security at American Military University in 2013.

Career

The Founder has 20 years of combined experience as a corporate security officer, and as a financial analyst for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Doug Newman's dedication to his work is evident in his 11 years of service as a satellite communications operator/maintainer in the US Army. He was medically discharged as a Staff Sergeant, having served in Germany, Ft. Gordon, GA (as an instructor), and Korea. His commitment continued after his discharge, as he worked on various Army contracts, deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan as an instructor and field service representative.

Doug Newman's journey has been marked by adaptability and resilience. After being laid off, he found his way to Northern Virginia, where he met his wife, Andrea. They adopted their daughter in April 2015 and moved to Chesapeake, Virginia, in 2022, where Doug has embraced a new role in the Civil Service.

Mr. Newman has proudly served this great nation for over 20 years as a federal employee and a contractor.

When he's not working, Mr. Newman enjoys cooking, reading, listening to audiobooks, and volunteering, demonstrating his diverse interests and commitment to giving back to the community.
